A rester à la maison… Staying at home… XX

Staying at home for so long, they forgot there was a world outdoor. The day everyone was allowed to go out again, no one left home. A storm had blown all night, shaking all shutters and roofs. Full of rain, morning light was so dark it liked like autumn. They roamed at home, appreciated every change  they'd made then climbed up to the lighthouse, all together. From up there, streets replaced the ocean back. The tree's heads that no one shaved were violently shaking. Underneath, the crowd was walking back, cars riding again, planes strieking the sky. All the birds who had brought them news from the world came to find shelter on their windowsills. They spent all the day cooking for the feast diner which lasted a long time.
